IMPORTANT ABOUT THE TELEMETRY DATA ON THE T818 BASE:
# In order to take advantage of the tellemetry functions, it is imperative that you install an offical Thrustmaster wheel on the T818 base and that you update your base’s firmware with the latest firmware version.
# For now the process to select the telemetry pattern and to adjust the LED brightness is working with all Thrustmaster wheels except with the TM OPEN WHEEL
# On iRacing, in OPTIONS of the game, CONTROL LCD WHEEL DISPLAYS must be activated for the functionality of the Telemetry.

++ LINEARITY > 0% : This reduces the dynamic range of the small forces, a lower setting will be close to linearity, a higher setting will lower small force leading to a quieter steering in straight line (as example : it could reduce fatigue during long distance single seater race)
== For safety, the Force Feedback is now stopped if a T818 Quick Release Adapter or a T818 Native Connector is not attached to the base

== Fixed a force feedback issue found in previous version V5.18 (the DAMPER slider available in the options of games such as ASSETTO CORSA COMPETIZIONE, F1, and other games, was not functional and generated exaggerated and/or unwanted wobbles on the wheel / SPRING effects were not functional). It’s now solved. After installing the new firmware it may be necessary to adjust the DAMPER slider in the options of these games.
